The Lylex Difference

All our staff are friendly, punctual and well presented. All staff have undergone the Lylex Cleaning and Maintenance training which teaches each member the latest cleaning and maintenance techniques. We encourage the implementation of technology and are always looking towards the future for means and ways to better the service we offer.

We can customise all our services to meet your needs. Our Active Services Schedules are flexible and able to be adapted to any particular property. Call us whenever you need to, our on site mangers are equipped with mobile phones allowing access to the right person 24 hours a day, for any reason emergency or simply to discuss relevant property issues. Our log books are an essential record of the services being carried out on your properties. We record every visit and make notes of any additional services that are required.

Lylex Cleaning and Maintenance has developed an OH&S plan which can help our clients identify possible risks and ensure they are eliminated. If risks are not bale to be eliminated then we ensure the Active Services Schedule includes the applicable service required to manage such risks.

Management Team

Our Managers focus on working closely with all clients to ensure our high standard of service is adhered to. Lylex managers regularly inspect and check service standards at all sites. If service standards are below our benchmark then a corrective action plan is put into place to rectify and correct the service standards.
